Wanted Music Rehearsal Space for Monthly Rent

I'm a musician looking for a space for practice, rehearsal and recording. I would sound proof and are not a typically loud musician. I have a day job so wouldn't make constant music. I typically rent spaces for 10 years at a time but I would prefer to rent indefinitely. Industrial areas are preferred so that noise is not an issue to residences or neighboring business day or night. Ideally, I'm looking for a relatively small room approximately 25x25. I would consider a larger space that I could divide into rooms to rent to other musicians as a side business. Or if you know of an existing commercial space with a separate room or unused basement, That would work just as well if the music doesn't disturb anyone. Contact Jeff. Text preferred or call.
