Hi New York, I hope you are reading this warm and well. My name is Danny Gurung and I am a student filmmaker working on a documentary about Human Connection here in our city. I’m asking where do we find each other, how do we belong together? I’m questioning the idea of strangerhood, that because we don’t know someone yet they are somehow separate from us. I’m looking for you. I’m looking for subjects of all ages, from any neighborhood, from any walk of life. I’m looking for everyday people to sit down for casual interviews to share your reflections about living here in New York. What makes you love it? What scares you about it? Do you have a story about a fateful encounter or funny coincidence? I’m here to listen to whatever you want to share.
