Last call for seed round raise - selling 5% of my business

I am the owner and principal software engineer of a hyper-local social startup. I had 400 users during the closed beta roll-out and the funds for this raise will go towards a redesign by a UI/UX team. I am currently trying to raise a non-VC pre-seed round and I have opened a sale of 10% of my business. The PPS is $1 and approximately 35% of shares remain available. There is NO minimum (if you want to buy one share, you can). The business is NJ registered (in 2019) and is pre-market. Tomorrow (Saturday the 5th) is the last day before I close the pre-seed round.
