Description

Warehouse worker will load and unload outgoing and incoming delivery vehicles. The warehouse worker is responsible for ensuring inventory is organized and stored. Additionally, the warehouse worker will package, scan, and prepare orders for pickup. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on their feet, focused on meeting quotas, and able to operate heavy machinery. Duties and Responsibilities: • Accurately pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup. • Assists installers with loading jobs for that day. • Communicates positively with supervisors, operations staff, and fellow workers to coordinate deliveries/pick-up. • Operates a forklift safely and efficiently, maintains required certification, performs vehicle safety checks, and reports discrepancies to supervisor. • Assists in keeping facility clean, neat, safe, and operating efficiently. • Maintain safe work practices in the warehouse. • Must maintain good attendance. Qualifications: • High school degree or equivalent • License or certification as dictated by the state to operate heavy machinery as needed. • Able to work in a fast-paced environment. • Able to work with minimal supervision. • Pays attention to detail and monitors the quality of inventory. • Must follow all health and safety procedure and regulations as dictated by the organization and the state.
