ELMHURST, IL — A Westmont man got into trouble as the result of an argument Friday at Jimmy John's, according to a police report. Piotr J. Janeczek, 39, of Westmont, was arrested on charges of aggravated assault and unlawful use of a weapon. The incident was at 3:30 p.m. at the restaurant, 696 W. North Ave. According to the police report, after Janeczek got into an argument inside the business, he went back to his car, returned to the store with a metal baton and threatened the other person. Janeczek was taken into custody and brought to the police station. He was released on bond.
