Let your taste-buds blossom with this Spring-Themed Four-Course Deluxe Afternoon tea where we will be exploring the "Art of Tisane" This spring-themed four-course deluxe afternoon tea will explore the "art of tisane" (or herbal teas) by learning the health benefits of various botanicals.  Each guest will have an opportunity to hand craft their own signature tea sachets in addition to the herbal teas being served.  ~First Course~ Lemon Lavender Scone served with lemon curd and crème fraiche~Second Course~ Roasted Cauliflower and Rosemary Soup garnished with Fried Leeks and petite salad of Garden Greens with Roasted Golden Beets, Fennel, Chopped Free Range Egg and an Herb Vinaigrette~Third Course~ "Beggars Purse" Stuffed with House Made Herb Cheese, Peas and Mint; Copper Penny Farms Veal "Blanquette" with Wild Mushrooms and Marjoram; House Smoked Veal Bacon-wrapped Purple Asparagus with Balsamic Drizzle; Spinach and Wilted Stinging Nettle House Cheddar Quiche~Fourth Course~ Roasted Apple Tartlette; Citrus Curd and Yogurt Parfait; Chocolate Krantz Cake; Blossom and Apricot Sorbet*Please inform our office of any important dietary needs, preferred seating arrangements.
