Elmhurst Fire Department Holds Toy Drive

ELMHURST, IL — The Elmhurst Fire Department has organized a toy drive to benefit children at Elmhurst Hospital this holiday season, according to a post on the city's Facebook page. New, unwrapped toys for children of all ages will be collected at Fire Station No. 1, 404 N. York St.; Fire Station No. 2, 601 S. York St., and City Hall, 209 N. York St. Toys will be accepted now through Dec. 10. Santa has turned in his sleigh for a fire truck this year and will deliver the collected toys to the hospital, according to the Facebook post.
