Job Description Marion Excavating Co., Inc. is looking to hire full-time construction site foreman. As a construction site foreman for Marion Excavating Co., Inc. you will be expected to: • Be punctual, reliable, and have an excellent work ethic. • Experience of construction site work grading, utility, sewer, and drainage installation. • Experience with reading a set of plans, setting grades, running a project and crew on your own. • Experience operating a variety of equipment such as Front End Loaders, Backhoes, Skid Steers, Excavators, Dozers, Graders, etc. • You will be able to tolerate all outside working conditions and be willing to get out of the machine to do what it takes to get the job done. • You will be expected to take care of the machines with daily greasing and fueling. The construction site foreman position receives competative wages based on experience. Licenses required for a construction foreman  OSHA 10 card  Valid Driver’s License  Valid Hoisting License Work Schedule Monday to Friday 7am-3:30pm Seasonal overtime is often available working late during the week or Saturdays 7am to noon.
