Job Description Marion Excavating Co., Inc. is looking to hire full-time paving foreman. As a paving foreman for Marion Excavating Co., Inc. you will: • Be expected to be punctual, reliable, and have an excellent work ethic. • Experience of grading, paving, and basic construction site work. • Experience running a paving project and crew on your own. • The ability to calculate quantities. • Experience operating a variety of equipment such as pavers, Skid Steers, rollers, etc. • You will be able to tolerate all outside working conditions and be willing to get out/off of the machine to do what it takes to get the job done. • You will be expected to take care of the machines daily with greasing and fueling. The paving foreman position receives competitive wages based on experience. Our paving foreman also receives generous benefits such as health insurance, a matching 401k plan, and paid time off. Work Schedule Monday to Friday 7am-3:30pm Overtime is often available working late during the week or Saturdays 7am to noon.
