Federal and state authorities recommend social distancing and mask wearing as a means to prevent the spread of the virus. Participating in the Raegan Sharnae Way event to benefit our organization could increase the risk of contracting COVID-19. I understand this risk and am still choosing to volunteer and or attend. By purchasing a ticket, I assume all risks incidental to my participation and accept full responsibility for any injuries or illnesses that may incur. I agree to hold Raegan Sharnae Way and all its subsidiaries and affiliates harmless from all claims and liabilities of any kind arising directly or indirectly out of my participation in a Raegan Sharnae Way event and waive any and all potential claims against it for any reason, including without limitation any claim based on or arising out of exposure to or contracting COVID-19.
