Join us for the 1st annual Health4Heroes Guardian Games & Health Expo. The Health4Heroes Guardian Games & Expo is a large scale, high energy, health promotion fundraising event designed to engage the community in healthy competition, activities, games, and social interaction while showcasing support for our local heroes. The Guardian Games Our Military & First Responder inspired strength games competition will engage 20 teams of 4 in a series of 5 events comprising of physical and mental team challenges , all while competing to earn awards and big prizes. Early Bird Registration open now. Workout details will be released incrementally. Health Expo The expo portion of this event will hold space for our community to come together for group fitness classes, demos, games, kid zone, music, health & wellness vendors, food & drink vendors, military/first responder related vendors, a community 5k and more. FREE entry for all spectators, 5k, and expo attendees. $10 suggested donation. $25 5k entry comes with a t-shirt
