Part Time Janitorial/Cleaner Position

Bellingham based maintenance company seeks to add part time janitorial/cleaning personnel to our team. Experience in janitorial or cleaning services is necessary for this position. References specific to janitorial or cleaning is a plus. The job is for after business hours in the evening or early morning. Responsibilities are as follows: • Willing to work as essential personnel under COVID-19 guidelines. • Ability to perform physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks typical of janitorial work. • Comfortable in using a step ladder to perform certain tasks on occasion. • Work independently or as part of a team. • Complete all jobs timely and professionally. • Have a functioning Smart Phone and be able to get online to receive work related emails & texts. • Must have valid driver license and reliable source of transportation. • Be at least 18 years of age. • EMPLOYMENT REQUIRES a clean criminal background check and good driving record. • EMPLOYMENT REQUIRES being punctual, reliable, polite, and have a positive work attitude at all times.
