Sand and Steel Fitness is hosting the 2022 CrossFit Open! The Open is Back and we are excited to again be an Official 2022 CrossFit Open Host. CrossFit Open Workouts will be hosted on Fridays. The CrossFit 2022 Open Games will be held on Friday Nights from 6:00-7:30 on February 25, March 4, and March 11. Your registration will cover one workout at a time. Join the Fun of the CrossFit Open. It only happens once a year. CrossFit.com tracks your progress against athletes across the world. See how you measure up each year and against other members from Sand & Steel. Earn a Sand & Steel Trophy for our best performing athletes in all skill levels. Plus join us at Aslin Brewery on the last evening to celebrate the conclusion of the 2022 CrossFit Open.
