Free to first-time expectant parents, Utah Valley Pediatrics is hosting a special event called Talk With a Doc: Preparing For Your New Baby. Do you know someone who is expecting their first child? If so, the Orem office of Utah Valley Pediatrics is hosting a special event on Thursday, March 31st, at 7:00 pm called Talk With A Doc: Preparing For Your New Baby. Free to first-time expecting moms and dads, Dr. Ryan Gottfredson will answer common newborn questions, like "Will Coronavirus have an impact on my baby?" and "What is normal sleeping for a newborn?" He will also identify signs of critical health issues every parent should be aware of, including SIDS, weight loss, difficulty breathing, high temperatures, rashes, and color changes. Expecting moms in attendance will receive a free diaper backpack. Face masks are required. Participants can park in the employee parking lot (since it is after-hours).
