Real Estate Broker Ken O'Boyl with Weichert Realtors is hosting this event. He or a member of his staff will discuss and answer questions regarding the real estate purchase contract (REPC) which is definitely part of your state exams. He will also have a mortgage or loan officer present to give a block on the closing document. Heather Swanger, Director of Utah Real Estate School, will present questions from the120-hour course to prepare you to take the state exams. A light breakfast and lunch will be served.
