After two long years of subdued activity, it is now time to step back fully into life and into the Light! Join us for a day-retreat as we come together and explore sacred practices to renew ourselves. Our retreat includes labyrinth walking, meditation, sacred art activities, a gong bath, creating a nature mandala, and more. Gift yourself with this day of connection, healing, and restoration of body, mind, and soul in the sweet company of like-minded sisters at Unity. Dress comfortably. Bring comfort items as you wish. Cost: $95 Lunch is included. About Mary Fehr: Mary Fehr is a Licensed Unity Teacher, Certified Labyrinth Facilitator, Trained SoulCollage Facilitator, and certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor. She is a 30+ year educator and holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction from Texas Tech University. Mary is currently employed at Unity of Houston as Director of Communications. Mary’s joy is in empowering others along this spiritual journey we call life. About Sarah Gish: Sarah is an artist/writer/teacher who has an art history degree and is a Certified Labyrinth Facilitator. She enjoys using the world around her as her palette for inspiration & for art-making. She drives her LOVE IGNITES! mobile daily as a testament to her belief that as you listen to your heart, love ignites your life. Sarah champions Houston’s arts scene in her blog, GISH PICKS: CURATED CULTURE FOR KIDS & ADULTS, and she created IGNITE YOUR LIFE!, a multi-faceted art project inspired by her journeys of sobriety and mental health through which she presents workshops, labyrinth walks, talks, art lessons, meditation classes, and IGNITE Sessions (helping people discover their purpose).
