Join us at The Cottage House on March 12th for a morning of fellowship, fun, and fitness!
This Bootcamp will include a circuit of various exercises . You may leave a bit winded, but you'll also leave a winner! From weights, to medicine balls, even plyometrics, the instructor Webster has you covered. This is a great way to fuel your Saturday morning and leave you feeling refreshed for your weekend!
There will be light breakfast items available.
