The day will consist of a private 45 minute beginner Power Yoga class, followed by a 45 minute vision setting activity led by Abby Lyons.
As we transition into springtime, we consider new opportunities, activities, and ways to spend our time and energy. The vision + planning session led by Abby will support you in focusing your attention on your priorities and make a plan that fully supports your wellbeing.
