Dr. Jake will share his story, how we help people at Victory, and you'll learn about all our fantastic upcoming events. Plus, anyone attending this evening will have the opportunity to schedule a new patient exam at a reduced rate. This dinner is for current patients and a guest, and for those who have never been to a dinner with us before. Space is very limited and we want everyone to have the opportunity to meet Dr Jake.
