Learn about whole-body cryotherapy from Ian and Ariana of Aurora and receive one cryo treatment. We are also pleased to have health educator, Diana Rudulph there who will help us in achieving even more of the potential benefits of this treatment by leading us in a breath & intention setting exercise prior. Come enjoy a bulletproof coffee bar and mock-mosas prepared by Divine Juicery & Nutrition while DJ bselecta shares a dope hip hop playlist that will help us get in a flow state. Try something new in a safe and supportive environment and discover the profound joy cryotherapy can bring the mind and body alike. Harnesses the transformative power of the elements through new technologies and reconnect with the cold, a healer old as time. While advanced therapies such as these can seem to be for high performing athletes and futurists, Aurora holds a space for everyone and anyone to experience its healing benefits in a calm, tranquil setting. This is a cellular spa day unlike any other! Event details: Each time block will consist of 10 people. It will be no longer than 2 hours from the event start time you choose. You will be placed in order based on when you purchased your ticket. As soon as you reserve your spot, Aurora will contact you via email with a waiver for you to sign and with additional information to help prepare you for your treatment. What to expect during your cryo experience: Your cryotherapy treatment will take place in a private treatment room with an Aurora team member present at all times to assist you. You will have the options to either go into the chamber alone, or with one other person of your choice, provided everyone has purchased a ticket for this event.
