Yes this is the way to do it. Go after their money and freedom that is what will make a difference. Children and innocent people die every day ( this is fact) from guns. It’s time to make those responsible pay for their negligence. If a pickle processor sells spoiled pickles and they kill or make people sick they are sued and have to compensate the injured party. The same thing should happen with guns. If your gun is used to injure or kill you the manufacturers and owners are held responsible, that’s how it should be. With rights come responsibility and accountability you will pay and you will go to jail and you gun pussy’s will not have your gun to protect you in prison. Ironic isn’t it. Ha ha ho ho ha ha.
