This class covers contamination, hygiene, time and temperature control, food-borne illness, allergens, and cleaning and sanitizing.
About this Event
The registration fee of $125 covers the 7th edition textbook, test answer sheet, and handouts. This is a two-day training: May 10th & 17th. Exam given on the 17th. The minimum number of participants needed to hold the training is five; less than five will result in the cancellation of the training. Unless the class is canceled, there are no refunds. Substitutions may be made by the registrant in advance of the first day of class.
If anyone has participated in this training offered by Cooperative Extension in the past and needs to retest or re-certify, they can do so on May 17th. The retesting fee is $60 and would need to be paid by May 2nd.
