A metamorphic journey into the heart through a soulful ceremony of breathwork and sound therapy. Breathwork + Sound Ceremony (the heart of all matter) This offering is a collaboration of Awaken Spanda and Amy Chauvin in partnership to gather a circle of souls together in the realms of the heart. The ceremony will incorporate all the tools necessary to create more soulful freedom, by liberating the body and mind, and activating the life force energy within. Come and experience vibrational transformation at a cellular level through this active breathwork and sound immersion journey. The Breathwork + Sound Ceremony will flow like a soul journey from start to finish. Beginning with a circle and ending in a circle.The heart of this experience will be sought through active breathwork that is guided with evoking music and met with incredible sounds for integration. Sounds include gongs, deep crystal bowls and more. Ceremony will be led by Arlyn of Awaken Spanda, an initiated sound therapist/creatrix and Amy a certified breathwork facilitator and wellness coach from Rhode Island. We are excited to hold this metamorphic space for you! WHAT IS BREATHWORK? “Breathwork is like 20 years of therapy in 1 night without saying a word.” BREATHWORK is a highly effective and powerful tool for directly accessing the subconscious mind and releasing any stored negative memories, emotions, stagnant energy, and trauma that might be trapped in the body. These energetic blockages hinder our spiritual growth, drain our energy, give us brain fog, and affect our physical and mental well-being, which can eventually evolve from fatigue into dis-ease or illness. Use your intuition in preparation. Ask yourself questions like, “What is my soul saying, and how does that feel for me right now?” You know the way… You will be mostly lying down so please bring a yoga mat, eye cover, blanket, anything to keep you comfortable lying on the ground, journal and a bottle of water.
