Please help rescue this stray cat

I just befriended with this stray cat for 3 month. I called him Chubby because he’s very chubby. I spontaneously found him when I walked around my neighborhood at night around 10pm. His usual location is a couple of block from my house. Apparently I am about to move to a different country in 1 month and I could not take him with me, or else I would adopt him. I had experience adopting my deceased cat on the street in the past and I knew that he could be fixed and adoptable. He let me touch him and fed him every night, i guess he was abandoned. His ear was clipped off so he was neutered. From the picture, he already had some scars probably from fighting with other animals?? I just afraid once I move, he would no longer have food and I don’t want him to go to the shelter instead. Please help rescue him or if you know some rescue group, please let me know. I could help with vaccination cost. I hope he could go to a good family.
