Local Tai Chi instructor Josh Roberts of New Beginnings Tai Chi will be guiding us on how to get started with a Tai Chi practice and discuss the different ways it can improve your life. I like to think of Tai Chi as a "moving meditation" which is great for those of us with a monkey mind.
