Greetings, Our small collective of art spaces has a basement studio available for artists/writers/designers. It’s about 70/80 square feet or so. Has a couple shelves on wall and a sliding door closing it off to common area. The space has bathroom and little kitchenette area access too. Please no industrial arts or music as the space has to be fairly quiet:) Drop a line if you want the details on anything else about it including lease details.
