I am looking for estimates to replace the existing peel and stick tile in my small, front bathroom with real tile. As part of this project, I would also like the toilet and the vanity swapped out for new ones, since they will need to be removed anyway. Specifics: - The bathroom area (excluding tub/shower) is roughly 25 square feet total - including where the toilet/vanity sit. - We will likely select a standard 12 x 24 tile, and we do not want any fancy inlays or patterns. We do want to replace the existing mdf trim with tile trim in the same tile as the floor. We do want the tile to extend under the vanity. - The toilet will be swapped for a standard, budget toilet. - The vanity we've purchased is a unit (vanity, top & sink) and we also have a faucet purchased. The vanity is backless for ease of installation. We are happy to help with disposal of the removed items to help keep costs down. We are looking for someone who has experience with this type of project and can provide photo examples of their previous tile/bathroom work. The attached is a photo of our existing bathroom for reference.
