GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR CLEANING BUSINESS CONTRACTORS/OWNERS. Are you looking to GROW your CLEANING BUSINESS? We are looking for a dedicated contractors and cleaning business owners (1099 Independent Contractor) to join our amazing team. We have a number of Short Term Rental properties that we clean for property managers/owners. The ideal candidate needs to be RELIABLE, PUNCTUAL, FLEXIBLE. Has integrity, good business ethics and able to respond to a rapidly changing atmosphere. The projects would entail 1-2.5 hours of house cleaning between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm depending on a previously communicated daily schedule. This would entail washing sheets using a washing machine within the unit, vacuuming, cleaning the bathrooms, making beds, cleaning kitchen & living room, replenish supplies (provided) and touching up whatever needs to be addressed. Cleaning supplies is provided. Must have reliable transportation. We are looking to pay $30 per hour or more depending on experience and dedication.
