We are immediately interviewing Part-time housekeeper/housecleaner with occasional meal prep as available/scheduled. 24 hours per week onsite work with initiative to establish and document agreed tasks on regular schedule. Looking for someone who is hardworking, dedicated to making a contribution, and has an eye for the little details. Small salary plus the benefit of private one bedroom apartment near Interstate 5 and near train station and Kent/Federal Way, is offered. Qualifications: Must be 18+ Must have some post H.S. education Must speak some English Must be qualified to work/study in the US Can pass a criminal background check Preferred: Russian, Ukrainian, or other Slavic language skill helpful. Academic interests with current student status helpful. Active in outdoor activities like skiing, hiking, flying, bicycling, running, fishing, boating, or diving. Have a valid driver’s license. Responsibilities: We are looking for someone integrity, positive work ethic, and positive attitude, who isn’t afraid of physical labor, (we know this is hard work and we recognize that is a tough, but rewarding job.) · Help care for 1 babushka, 2 medium dogs, 1 cat, etc. · Prepares and maintains cleaning products (mop, bucket, vacuums, towels, brushes, sprays/disinfectants) every day. · Uses cleaning products and procedures to clean residential home. · Vacuums and washes hard surface floors on hands and knees and moves reasonable furniture’s to ensure quality · Performs thorough inspection of own work and other's work to ensure satisfaction. · Very conscientious of disinfection methods. · Must live at residence, apt. provided. Benefits: A focused family providing a safe work environment with PPE supplied. · Weekly Pay and paid training, no experience required! · Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, + drinks provided at home for you to take on your day. · All cleaning products and equipment provided · Use of common areas, and various athletic/recreation equipment. · Use of tools, electronics, notebook computer, sewing/embroidering machine. · Maintenance, storage and/or use of a bicycle of your preference. · Free WiFi, Internet, backed up data storage and technical support. · Sailing lessons and use of 18' sailboat, 17' canoe, and tandem kayak. · Garden space if interested. This is a one person position, more become part of the family, so a good relationship all the way around is necessary. No set hours just regular responsibilities and help owners when needed with meals, dog care, puppy care, feeding, home improvement projects (organizing, cleaning, labeling, & storing.) Starting pay of $600 a month plus daylight basement apartment with private entrance. All completely furnished with 600 sqft, separate bedroom, living room, full kitchen, 3/4 bath, storage, access to Washer/Dryer, TV, etc. Applicants who have their own pets will be handled on a case by case basis as to whether that would work.
