Inventory Technician The Inventory Technician is responsible for overseeing stock in the warehouse. The Tech must be detail-oriented with strong clerical, communication and organizational skills. An inventory Tech counts items on hand, and the physical count must match computer records. The Tech will enter data and prepare reports for their supervisor relating to the inventory balance, shortage and defective items. Essential Job Responsibilities: Accuracy in order pulling, shipping and receiving of chemical. Prepare purchase orders and delivery tags, as well as monitor accuracy of completion. Ensure orders are shipped to proper customer locations. Responsible for preventive maintenance and incident reporting for warehouse safety. Must facilitate two-way communications with coworkers and supervisory personnel. Experience: -Warehouse experience 1 year (preferred) -Forklift/Pallet Jack experience 1 year (preferred) -Bi-lingual (preferred) -High school level Math (preferred) Skills and Requirements: -Clean driving record -Pass pre-employment Drug and Background Test -Work 55+ hours a week to meet business demands -Team Player -Self Motivated -Goal Oriented -Reliable/Dependable. -Verify accuracy of material being shipped/received -Solid high school math is required. -Physically able to operate forklift/pallet jack -Maintain excellent attendance record and punctuality. -Good verbal/written communication -Maintain safe, clean, organized warehouse and work area. -Be able to lift 50-80lbs. (This position entails loading and unloading chemical jugs/cartons daily. Constant repetitive motion.) -Perform other duties as assigned (List of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all inclusive and can be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities that management deems necessary.)
