Summary/Objective The attendant position is responsible for performing diversified duties to provide customer service, maintain facility equipment and the cleanliness of the facility in order to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives. *Responsibilities Ensure equipment is cleaned and working properly. Perform all cleaning duties provided on maintenance checklist. This includes: removing dirt, dust, picking up trash/litter, wiping down windows, sweeping, mopping throughout entire garage. Walk entire facility and note any unusual maintenance problems, such as leaking pipes and/or garage damage. Report all findings to Facilities Manager and fix what is within means. Sweep up trash and debris from all entrances/exits of the Garage. Sweep up trash and debris throughout ramp, stairs, and booths. Empties all trash cans and dispose of trash accordingly. Paint curbs, poles, equipment, lanes and any other assigned areas. Operate pressure washer, shop vacuum, outdoor equipment such as leaf blowers or other electrical tools. Maintains positive customer service and professional image, wear a company provided uniform. Walks ramp and ensures all equipment is functioning properly. Notify manager on duty of any malfunction of equipment.
