477 International Management is seeking a full time Maintenance Assistant. Candidate needs to have a general knowledge on repairs and maintenance. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by supervisory personnel • Receive tenant maintenance request • Communicate assignments to the maintenance team • Ensure that the work order have completed while maintaining the quality standards, • Be able to make fast decisions and handle a fast pace environment, • Be on call for emergency, • Keeping track of ongoing maintenance work. • Attending emergencies • Inspect properties in a weekly basis • Be able to perform minor repairs. EDUCATION/TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and three years related experience in apartment maintenance or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
