Lost orange tabby cat - Ceres

Our orange tabby got out last night or this morning. Roding heights park area in Ceres. He is chipped but no collar, neutered, VERY loving, has a weak meow - sounds like laryngitis all the time. He's an inside only kitty and probably scared! Please let us know if you see him!!
