Donation-only fitness class raising funds for the Alabama Make-A-Wish Foundation We are hosting a 45-minute cardio-based "Empower" class at the awesome local bakery Canadian Bakin'! This class will be donation only with 100% of all proceeds going to the Alabama Make-A-Wish Foundation. We recommend a minimum donation of $10 - but no donation is too small! You can donate by copying and pasting the link below into your browser, or bring cash or check the day of the event. The class starts at 7:00 AM and will be outside of Canadian Bakin'. Be sure to arrive early so you can check in.
