Looking for temporary investor-miracle!

I need a miracle from someone who has the funds/credit to pay off a 2nd loan on my house that is due in full 4/1. Long story I’m willing to tell to someone that can help. In exchange you will have an Interest only promissory note secured by a deed of trust (my house) and I will turn around and obtain an equity loan for the full amount plus a negotiated fee. If you are borrowing the funds on credit I can make any payment until equity loan funds are made available (& can prove current job/income/stability) just got wrong advise 10+ years ago. I have a ton of equity in my house and can prove it. I can’t get the loan while the 2nd loan exists and is past due. I will be forever grateful! I don’t want to lose my home because I most likely will lose my dogs and they are my heart!
