WILMINGTON, MA — Wilmington's covid test positive rate over the last two weeks rose slightly, climbing back above 2 percent, according to the latest state data released Thursday.
The town's two-week positive rate was 2.22 percent in Thursday's town-by-town Public Health Report, up from 1.89 percent last week. But other than last week, the positive rate remains the lowest it has been since the Aug. 12 report.
There were just 27 confirmed cases in town in the last two weeks, down from 31 in the prior report. That's 7.9 average daily cases per 100,000 residents.
