Please contact the LowellArts office if you have further questions. ------------------------------------- Fusion Rock Orchestra is a student-led ensemble that has a style to entertain all audiences, from Motown to Metallica and Moondance to Mozart. Fusion Rock Orchestra has performed from the steps of the Capitol to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Established in 2008, Fusion is coached by Wendy Tenney (Director of Orchestras at Lowell High School) and Aaron Tenney (Director of Arts and Music at NorthPointe Christian Schools). Fusion includes students in grades 9-12 from Lowell High School Chamber and Symphony Orchestras who audition for membership in the exclusive extra-curricular ensemble. In 2014, the dynamic group of students from Lowell High School received a grant of over $85,000 to spread its passion for music across the country and debuted a music video “Wrath of Ignatius.” Come see how Fusion rocks all styles of music in an up-beat performance that will have you moving in your seats while the musicians move to the music in a way you may not have experienced before from a classical orchestra. lowellorchestras.weebly.com
