Historic Harrisburg Association proudly present the 4th Annual Midtown Pop-Up Carnival! It’s a Cocktail Party / Jazz Lounge / Casino to celebrate the world-famous party traditions of New Orleans. The party starts at 8:00PM so get decked out in your favorite Mardi Gras attire and join the fun! Attendance is limited, so get your tickets today! Special details: Mardi Gras style cocktails, jazz, casino games, photo booth and more, complimentary heavy hors d’oeuvres,1 free drink ticket included, and full cash bar (accepting credit cards). 21+ only, please.
