Position: Assistant Superintendent Duration: Full Time Salary: Commensurate RoofClaim.com, a Jasper Contractors, Inc., a preeminent, residential roofing company, seeks an Assistant Superintendent to ensure that all jobs are completed timely, on budget, and in accordance with the Tennessee Building Codes. We are looking for motivated and professional individual with the willingness to lead the ability to manage multiple Jobs while enforcing safety standards. As an Assistant Superintendent and you will be responsible for subcontractor management, as well as being an on-site liaison for the customer. Job Responsibilities:  Ensuring that both the health and safety project plans are implemented  To Lead multiple residential roof installation projects per day  To Learn quality assurance for subcontractors’ work and ensuring that all building codes are met  General inspections of job site, crew performance, and safety standards  To Learn to follow the project construction process to ensure that it is completed on time  Act as liaison with both customers and Building Officials  Perform complete job inspection after the installation is complete Qualifications & Skills:  Bi-lingual in Spanish & English is a plus  High School Diploma  The willingness to learn Louisiana Building Codes  Very organized individual with meticulous attention to detail  Technology proficiency is mandatory; experience with Salesforce is a plus Benefits:  100% paid healthcare insurance premiums for employees and their legal dependents  Paid time off  Company vehicle  Fuel Card  Company tablet  Weekly Pay  Company Phone Requirements:  Must be able to pass an extensive background check, drug screening, and MVR  Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.  Must be able to climb a ladder  Must be willing to walk on a roof  Proficient in Microsoft Office  Strong communication skills  Must have a clean driving record Jasper Contractors, Inc. is a drug-free workplace.
