Here are the top three stories today in Roanoke: Roanoke's Carilion Clinic has announced changes to its inpatient visitor policy. The clinic will begin allowing two visitors per day starting on Mar. 8. The change is indicative of the clinic transitioning from the yellow level to the green level. COVID-19 patients are still not allowed to receive visitors due to infection risks. (WSLS 10)The Roanoke City Council will be briefed on data received from the resident's satisfaction survey on Monday. The survey intends to statistically evaluate the satisfaction of the city's residents with services being provided to them. Early data suggests that Roanoke residents are happy with the city and think that it is a good place to live. (WDBJ)A Roanoke area car dealer has been placed on home detention for allegedly accepting $30,000 in drug-tainted cash. Abdul Ahad Nahibkhil, 36, was caught during an undercover investigation performed at Blue Ridge Auto Sales by the Internal Revenue Service. Nahibhkil has not been accused of dealing drugs but has been found guilty of intending to help a criminal organization conceal profits.
