Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 03/04/2022 4:00 AM 03/03/22 2022-0734, No Valid Driver's License: On 03/03/22 at 6:55 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop for speeding at Veterans Pkwy near Sycamore Rd in Yorkville. Raul Hernandez, a 45-year-old male from the 700 block of Parkside Rd in Naperville, was cited for no valid driver's license and speeding. Hernandez was issued a recognizance bond and released. 2022-0734, No Valid Driver's License: 2022-0737, Driving While License Suspended: On 03/04/22 at 4:55 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop for speeding near 21 Boulder Hill Pass in Oswego Township. Emmanual Saenz, a 33-year-old male from the 0-99 block of Hubbard Way in Oswego Township, was cited for driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured vehicle and speeding. 2022-0738, In-State Warrant / Body Writ: On 03/04/22 at 4:55 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop near 21 Boulder Hill Pass for speeding. Emmanual Saenz, a 33-year-old male from the 0-99 block of Hubbard Way in Oswego Township was arrested on a Kendall County Body Writ with a bond of $2,500 full cash. Saenz was transported to the Kendall County jail for processing.   The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
