The primary goal is to create WEALTH for the owners whether it's privately or publicly held. And they will do ANYTHING they can get away with to pursue more and more wealth. Sell drugs they know are addictive. Sure. Send jobs overseas because they can pay less even though it harms their own community. Of course. Make illegal campaign contributions to politicians willing to play ball and give them huge tax cuts. Absolutely. Make up things like "corporate death squads" to make you afraid because the government is threatening their rip off practices. You bet. Just how dumb do you have to be to think that corporations care about you and your well being. They don't. But one party keeps telling you that big business is your friend and we should give them all the freedom they need to do whatever they think is best because we can trust them. And rural suckers believe it.
