NeighborWorks Alaska is seeking a full-time year round lead groundskeeper to help with our snow removal and winter projects. This person would lead a team of 3-4 staff, while working along beside of them, ensuring that we have a well performing, efficient team. This position is Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm and is a permanent position. The main responsibilities of the job are leading your team to do snow removal, winter projects, clean-up and lawn mowing, edging, trimming in the summer months. Some heavy lifting may be required. We are seeking reliable individuals with a clean driving and criminal record and you must pass a drug test. Wage DOE + benefits.
