33 yr old female looking for a room to rent asap in Burlington/West Burlington. I can only afford to pay $400 a month total. Im friendly, helpful and clean. I don't have any kids and I don't have much except a bed, dresser and an end table. I do have a cat (fixed). He's a mommas boy and stays either on or under my bed.
