Pinehurst at Flagstaff hiring an full-time experienced maintenance technician. Need energetic, motivated and customer focused for fast pace environment. The position has daily apartment repairs, preparing for move-ins and move-outs and maintaining grounds for exceptional curb appeal. Must have working knowledge of appliances, drywall repair, cleaning, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and light carpentry. We are willing to teach and train the right person.
