Long-term live-in job with luxury apartment in Orlando, Florida - for 1 single gentleman with real skills. Must be energetic and detail oriented to properly maintain a very nice residential property inside and out. We are offering to TRADE a luxury 1 bedroom furnished apartment to just one highly skilled Property caretaker / Houseman. In Exchange, you would do all general Property maintenance inside and outside, cleaning, minor repairs, housekeeping, laundry, pool maintenance, detailing cars, help with pets and professionally assist a gentlemen couple anywhere needed at work or home for 32 hours each week. Luxury apartment is only for the 1 person at No rental cost in Trade of your working 32 hours each week. Requires professional appearance, detailed background check, drug and nicotine screen. This is a Long Term arrangement for 1 skilled energetic gentleman with the required skills. The work and traded apartment is in a very nice area of Orlando, Florida.
