Need help making a spreadsheet

Hi there I have a gig job that pays a minimum amount and it pays it like 5 weeks in arrears so I'm always trying to figure out how much money I made also they have a an algorithm that I feel they cheat me with LOL I have all of my records but they're just not organized I really need some help just putting it on a spreadsheet I'm slightly dyslexic with numbers rather than paying somebody like an accountant or someone.Just somebody that said good with arithmetic and simple numbers nothing complex. I'd actually like to learn it how to do it myself also have a tight budget. Happy to buy lunch coffee and other expenses too thanks
