Seeking individual for Maintenance & Remodeling. • Immediate work available and year round work • Install light drywall, cabinets, laminate flooring, minor plumbing and electrical • Ideal candidate is able to small remodels without much supervision » Pay based on Experience ( 15-20 per hr ) » Be able to drive to sites Sawmill Valley Properties seeks an experienced Maintenance Personnel for our properties located at Michigan Ave/ Beech Daly. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily maintenance at our residential properties. The successful candidate must have experience with building and maintenance, as well as a comfortable knowledge of heating, plumbing, light electrical, basic carpentry, painting, and other general maintenance in a residential community setting. The Maintenance Personnel will also be responsible for the completion of routine and preventive maintenance programs at the direction of the Property Manager. The ideal candidate should live within 30 minutes of the property. Apartment maintenance experience is a plus.
