Found blue Velcro wallet

County hwy s21 near Chestnut, Carlsbad CA

Description

Was driving north on county hwy s21 (coast hwy) in Carlsbad and found a wallet in the road, picked it up and took it to the post office where they said they'd mail it to the address on the ID card. Photo is the location I found it at. Didn't take a photo of the wallet, but it was dark blue with a black trim and velcro closure. All I did was confirm there was an ID in the wallet, left the cash and cards alone, as I'd hope someone would do for me.
