Please read all. Im a single male who is behind in my mail. Also have a legal matter that needs to be looked at. I underwent depression for over a year. Im good now but the depression caused by many factors stopped me from being organized and up to date. I live in El Cajon, its a nice condo. Im so behind in the area of just going through my mail, much of it may not be important. The legal issue was from when I had a rental and it was a new building, the city of San Diego had me tie into an abandon sewer which backed up and the tenants moved out. I never told them to move out. So I ended up forced to sell my whole property and start over, this set me in a tailspin of depression. So there are letters from legal firms that are unopened. Basically, the renters put a lien on my new condo. Get this it was served to me ten years later, just sent in the mail. I would have thought the renters would have renters' insurance. We could agree on your fee to help me out hourly, 20-25, Ill gladly pay it as this is debilitating not being up to date. I would prefer all the mail be gone through then after organized then we would trash a good deal of it, what's important to keep and what needs to be addressed. Other than that My bills are all paid. I am a laid-back kind person and live in a pleasant environment and easy to get along with. If possible, I hope you can help me respond and possibly dispel the lien on my home..
